Butternut Squash Soup

I made this soup last night for dinner and it was wonderful. The recipe is from www.alimental.wordpress.com (Hannah’s blog).
The only thing that I did change was that I peeled and roasted the squash. I wanted some roasted squash on the side. I love it! Cilantro and sour cream add a nice touch.

For all of you new mothers, I highly recommend that you purchase a immersion blender. You will be able to cook fresh vegetables and process for your baby. All natural without preservatives. So simple.
